Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that in huge quantity firearms were recovered from the house of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 106 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada stands rejected.
