The application seeks extension of time to surrender as granted in order dated 08.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38859 of 2015. The Reasons have been explained in paragraph 5, which prevented her from utilizing the time to surrender and seek bail.

Having heard both sides the application is allowed. The time granted to surrender and furnish bail bonds vide order dated 08.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38859 of 2015, is extended to 2nd July, 2016 subject to the condition that petitioner along with the bail bonds shall also produce receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs. 300/- with the District Legal Services Committee of the concerned district.
