The petitioner no.1 being wife of younger brother of the husband of the victim, petitioner no.2 being the daughter-inlaw of the victim, petitioner no.3 being younger brother of the husband of the victim and petitioner no.4, son of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 18 years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that husband of victim has been acquitted vide judgment dated 27.01.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No. 554/2014 by the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14583 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge VI, Begusarai, the same has been brought on record as annexure-2 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.64 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
