The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one mobile was recovered when from the possession of other coaccused arms and other articles were recovered. Considering the nature of recovery and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
