JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioners, who are named in the F.I.R., seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017, dated 22.02.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 452, 379, 224, 225, 337, 338, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79867 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/3 One Illiyas, S/o Samid Ansari was arrested on the charge of keeping a stolen motorcycle. While he was being taken to the police station by the police party, the petitioners and about eighty others managed to extricate aforesaid Illiyas from the custody of the police. Hence, the F.I.R. The names of the petitioners have transpired on the statement provided to the informant by somebody who is pulling wires from behind. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. With respect to the same occurrence, another case was lodged by the local Chowkidar in which also, the petitioners have been named as accused persons about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
