JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.11.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Areraj, East Champaran, whereby and whereunder the license of the fair price shop of the petitioner bearing License No. 71 of 2016 has been cancelled. The petitioner has also prayed for quashing of the appellate order dated 23.01.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in P.D.S. License Case No. 26 of 2019.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/appeal under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted

Patna High Court CWJC No.13564 of 2021(4) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Upendra Pratap Singh, AC to Standing Counsel-4 has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation/appeal before the concerned Divisional Commissioner under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016 and in case such a representation/appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated, in accordance with law and disposed off by passing a speaking and a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
