2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 16.12.2023.

4. Out of eight witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and also the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
