ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Petitioner claims not to be even a family member of the husband of the deceased and it is not a case under Section 304B I.P.C. which could entitle the prosecution to raise a presumption against the in-laws, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.
