Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 115/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and some others were caught while they were allegedly making plan to commit murder of a Mukhiya and on search, one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, he is in jail custody since 5.2.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
