In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kangali P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case from both sides. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in accordance with law.
