The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case since he is the friend of co-accused Subodh Kumar with whom the victim was in love and she solemnized marriage with co-accused Subodh Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33799 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has also corroborated this fact and does not whisper anything against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 225 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
