JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 10-12-2019 This application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of the Engine No. and the Chassis No. as typed in the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2425 of 2019. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Engine No. and the Chassis No. of the vehicle in question as per the certificate of registration as contained in

Patna High Court MJC No.1863 of 2019(4) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Annexure-1 to the writ petition is 15CRAIL01KSYW19661 and MAT627162HLKO8179 respectively. However, while filing the writ petition, in para-1, it was inadvertently typed as Engine No. 15CRIALO1KSYW19661, Chassis No. MAT62716HLK08179 as a result of which in the order aforesaid also the incorrect number has been typed.

We have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the record.

We find the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner to be correct.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for modification in the order dated 08.02.2019. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. In the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2425 of 2019, in para-2, let the Engine No. be read as 15CRAIL01KSYW19661 and the Chassis No. be read as MAT627162HLKO8179.
