The petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.11.2014 and 05.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7214 of 2015 (02) dt.02-03-2015 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's son Sanjeev while coming to village home stayed at Gaya when co-accused Deepak conveyed to the informant to forbid Sanjeev for marrying to the sister-in-law of co-accused Deepak, sister of petitioner Mamta and daughter of petitioner Satyendra Kumar. It is further alleged that the victim went to the house of these petitioners from where he went traceless. Subsequently his dead body was recovered near a railway line.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that except the fact that the victim was last seen in the company of the petitioners and Deepak there is nothing against these petitioners and considering the circumstantial nature of accusation Deepak Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 20215 of 2013.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial No. 209 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7214 of 2015 (02) dt.02-03-2015 3/3 2014/425 of 2013 arising out of Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 184 of 2011.
