Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of co- accused recorded in another case, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, informant has claimed in his written report that it was FIR named accused Binod Singh who committed theft of motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.
