Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner is alleged to be driver of the vehicle from which country made liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No. 34 of 2019, with the following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32285 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
