The petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge and one another live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2022 and has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

No.33793 of 2022(3) dt.13-01-2023 2/2 taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year since 2.1.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case no. 1 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai.
