The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier this Court vide order dated 4.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49147 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in jail since 31.8.2015 and he has already completed nine months in jail custody. Looking to the nature of allegation and period of custody, let petitioner, Ranvir Yadav, be released on bail on
