JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2020 Heard Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 362 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 20, 22, 23, 32, 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been arrested with any narcotics. In fact, on secret information, some persons were arrested, who were found to be in possession of 10 kgs of ganja. Those persons, on interrogation, are said to have stated the name

In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2020.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 362 of 2018.
