2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420 of the I.P.C.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner, impersonating himself as Mithilesh Kumar Singh and by forging his signature, sold the land through sale-deed in favour of co-accused Malti Devi, which was earlier purchased by the complainant and coaccused Mithilesh Kumar Singh.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the alleged sale-deed was executed in the year 2010 and the complaint petition has been filed in the year 2019 without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Moreover, the dispute is purely of a civil nature. Complainant has got other remedies available in law. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IIIrd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2964 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
