2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No.73 of 2023.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit petitioners are person with clean antecedent and are women and being wives of Sunil and Laxman came to be implicate in the instant case by the informant with general and omnibus allegation.
4. It is next submitted no doubt that on account of assault the injured died, but then the allegation of assault is against Sunil and Laxman and the informant implicated the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36077 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 petitioners with general and omnibus allegation with a view to coerce Laxman and Sunil into submission.
5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Supaul in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No.73 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
