The petitioner in this case is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to register an FIR against M/s Veltech Solar Power System through its proprietor.
On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner claims to have sent his written complaint to the S.H.O., Patrakar P.S. and then to the Superintendent of Police but thereafter he has not filed any application under Section 156(3) CrPC in the court below.

WJC No.204 of 2017(3) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 In the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. & Ors. reported in AIR 2008 SC 907, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has taken a view that an application under Article 226 of the Constitution filed directly for lodging of the FIR is not to be entertained.
It further appears that the petitioner has lost her interest as no one has appeared today on her behalf. This application is, thus, dismissed.
