Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Sugauli P.S.Case No.377/18 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 302, 504 and 506/34 of I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioners and several others is of assault to the informant and her husband and due to which her husband succumbed to his injury.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that all the petitioners are lady and no specific allegation has been attributed to them whereas specific allegation against petitioner no.1 is of snatching gold chain from the neck of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1297 of 2019(2) dt.19-01-2019 2/2 Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,Motihari, East Champaran, in Sugauli P.S.Case No.377 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition that the bailors must be of local having sufficient movable and immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
