2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2015 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 364, 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion as he is not named in the first information report. His name has surfaced on the extrajudicial confession of co-accused Anish Sah who has named the petitioner as well as Md. Nazir Ansari, latter having been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23769 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.24636 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with S. Tr. No. 116 of 2016 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015.
