The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act..

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired shot from his pistol upon the informant received gun-shot injuries in his right thigh and knee. It has also been alleged by the informant that two of the shots passed through his right leg. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of firing against the petitioner is completely false and fabricated. The petitioner is in custody since

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S.
