2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus direction to Respondents restrain them from not settling the land in question to any other persons and further to restore the Parwana No. 1 of 1982-83 further for settlement land 1.n of question in favour of petitioner and not interfere in peaceful possession over the land in question by the petitioner.
