Patna High Court CWJC No.11587 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Annexure-20 to the writ petition whereby, the learned Single Judge having considered the challenge to the appointment of the private respondent No.14 was not persuaded to interfere therewith, we find no reasons to grant indulgence to the issue again raised in this writ petition filed in the garb of a public interest litigation for it is in plain abuse of judicial process. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
