2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs:
"(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondents to make payment of ACP with other retirement benefit to the petitioner as the petitioner has already retired on 31.12.2010 from the post of Assistant Clerk from Nagar Nigam, Muzaffarpur.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7947 of 2026 dt.18-06-2026 2/2 (b) To pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit & proper under the fact & circumstances of this case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief the petitioner has filed representation before respondent No. 5, Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Muzaffarpur, but no decision has been taken till date.
4. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner may be directed to file representation before respondent No.5, Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Muzaffarpur.

In the light of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file representation along with a copy of this order before respondent No. 5, Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Muzaffarpur, within thirty days from today and respondent No. 5, Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Muzaffarpur, shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within 60 days thereafter.
