Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the betel shop of the petitioner, 150 gms of Ganja kept in 26 puriyas, was recovered, which was small quantity and for that the petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.719 of 2014.
