29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 11.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28458 of 2020 (Annexure-1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 18.08.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. Trial Court report reveals that charges have already been framed on 11.11.2020 and the case is fixed for evidence.
