The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33797 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/3 The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by the petitioners and other in-laws family members for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws family members of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the victim and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. Moreover, the husband of the victim has already been acquitted.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha
