2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2016 in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 422 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the first information report and he has been implicated merely on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Rashid alias Pappu. No recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Sarik has been granted bail by order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22050 of 2016.

4. In the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner (Md.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27360 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 Prince alias Shahab alias Sadab) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 422 of 2014.
