JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 It is not in dispute that this Court's order dated 21.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17417 of 2017 has been complied with inasmuch as corrected certificate has been issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education in favour of the petitioner, which the petitioner has received. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the said corrected certificate has not been uploaded on the website of the Central Board of Secondary Education.

Patna High Court MJC No.5247 of 2018(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 Since this Court's order has been complied with, I do not intend to proceed any further in the matter. It is, however, expected that if uploading of corrected certificate is a requirement, the same must be done by the Central Board of Secondary Education, if not already done.
