JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Jagdispur (Gouradih) registered u/s 302, 201, 120B/34 IPC. As it appears from the record, husband of the informant was doing work of driver of four wheeler Sumo Victa BR/10P/ 0173 of Md. Jalil and the owner of the vehicle had not given any cash to her husband. From the said vehicle, a SIM was recovered and Police after examination found the same to be of petitioner Ganouri Roy but on examination it was found this SIM was not used. From the case diary, it does not appear that there is sufficient material against the petitioner to keep him in custody. In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Ganouri Roy is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17604 of 2015 (3) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Gouradih) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2015, subject to the conditions that: (i) one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, and (iii) the petitioner would co-operate and if he will fail to co-operate in the proceeding of the court and will remain absent for two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court will pass appropriate order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
