Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of murderous assault is against three named accused persons namely, Jitendra Rai, Gabbar Rai and Dilip Rai.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they had taken hold of the deceased at the time of commission of assault.

Submission is of false implication due to family dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.31260 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya Police Station Case No. 729 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
