2. Petitioner in the present case is seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of her post-retiral benefits as Assistant Teacher. She claims that she was working as Assistant Teacher with effect from 07.04.1989 till the date of superannuation on 30.11.2019.

3. In fact the issue as to whether the petitioner be treated as Assistant Teacher or a clerk in the clerical cadre is still under consideration by this Court in CWJC No.23200 of 2018.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that this writ application is pre-mature. It is being disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to
