This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Rahika Police Station Case No. 37 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 546 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the four wheeler vehicle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
