The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.226 of 2018 Muzaffarpur Trial No.2685 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 498(A), 120(B), 4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife to cruelty and harassment with respect to demand of dowry. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her but she is not ready to live with him and due to that reconciliation has failed before the learned court below.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1268 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 informant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that she is ready to go with the petitioner. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner and his wife to appear before the learned court below on 11.02.2019 and on appearing the learned court below shall try to reconcile between them and if he finds that the petitioner is not at fault and ready to keep her, he will allow the petitoner on bail to his own satisfaction, otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
