JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, dated 29.11.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. After some arguments, Mr. Rajni Kant Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
