In view of the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6788 of 2020 whereby the liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the trial Court itself after the evidence of non-official witnesses have been recorded, it seems that the petitioner has moved directly before this Court in complete breach of the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6788 of 2020.

In view of the fact that petitioner has breached the condition imposed by order dated 05.02.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.6788 of 2020, as such, the Court is not incline to consider
