Taking into consideration that petitioner participated in the murder of the deceased by opening fire arms, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Vishwavidyala (Kotwali) P.S. Case no. 183/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 635/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
