Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in paragraph-1 of the application in course of the day. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, while the informant was making conversation with his elder brother near the office of M.I.G., the petitioner along with 4-5 unknown persons came and started talking hotly with his elder brother upon which the informant asked them not to talk this type with elders upon which they started assaulting to him and also to his elder brother by which both of them sustained injury and the lips of his brother cut.

There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. No deadly weapon is said to have been used in course of the occurrence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
