This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62925 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

In paragraph no.5 of this modification application, the petitioner has made the following statement:- "5. That the petitioner and the informant who is the wife of petitioner filed their compromise petition because they are living together at the home of petitioner and the petitioner gave a mobile phone to the informant and she was pregnant and she gave birth to a female child on 16.05.2022 in Mansi Surgicare and maternity Centre, Agamkunan, and she has been discharged from the hospital on 21.05.2022 and she is

In view of the aforesaid statement, the provisional bail of the petitioner granted vide order dated 25.03.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62925 of 2021 shall stand confirmed.

The Court below is directed to verify the aforesaid statement from the informant and if it is found to be true then the Court below will think of quashing of the criminal prosecution.
