ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2014 in Rajepur P.S. Case No.44 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) (a), 26/35 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L. A. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the seized articles were not recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but he is already in custody for more than nine months.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46529 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, at Motihari, in Rajepur P.S. Case No.44/14.
