2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi is the necessary party and the said body has not been impleaded in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has remedy before the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy before the Central Council of Indian Medicine in accordance with law for the relief, as sought for in the present writ petition.
