This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 442 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swani Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002, without accepting his guilt. He has

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Subordinate Learned Special Judge, Excise Court-I, Samastipur in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 442 of 2019.
Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of Rs. 1,00,000/- issued by Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002 and verification of the genuineness of the receipt.
