2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and even according to the F.I.R., no offence is made out against the petitioner under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner who is accused in two prior cases of similar nature,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80589 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 however, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
