The petitioner is accused in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014 registered under Sections 270, 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The accusation is that police apprehended the petitioner near the Thela selling illicit liquor to public. At that time, 700 pouches country made liquor each 200 ml. liquor were recovered from that Thela.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014.
