Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a/26/35 Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and on search one country made loaded pistol was recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 6 and 1⁄2 months for the recovery of one loaded country made pistol. Petitioner was made accused in Danapur P.S. Case no. 213 of 2014 while he was in custody in the present case although he was not named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10211 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Danapur P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014.
