JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2014 in relation to Danapur P.S.Case No. 258 of 2014 instituted under Sections 363, 366 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. it would be revealed that there was a mutual affinity between the two and as to why even after marriage the victim girl walked out of her matrimonial home. There is no allegation of any physical abuse. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Kunal Basant @ Happy be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, District Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 258 of 2014.
