JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others had assembled in the house of one Dilip Manjhi to commit the crime.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Jitendra Rai and Sudarshan Ram have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
